Ulm, December 5th 2014: First bwForCluster in Ulm goes online
The first of the four bwForClusters is now online in Ulm. The machine (named "JUSTUS") is targeted for research in the field of Theoretical Chemistry. With 273 Teraflops compute power it currently holds rank 275 in the list Top500 list of super computers worldwide. Theoretical chemisists from Freiburg can apply for compute resources on JUSTUS once it becomes generally available.
